1. Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging 2 Ai Studios for services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
2 Ai Studios provides digital agency services including web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI integration, and automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. 2 Ai Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during delivery.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may result in paused work. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the project. This obligation survives project completion. We sign NDAs upon request.
6. Limitation of liability
2 Ai Studios's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our work.
7. Warranties
We warrant that work will be performed professionally and will conform to the agreed specifications. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of software in all environments.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Deposits are forfeited upon client-initiated termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
